As a Survey, Data & Insights Programmer, you are responsible for programming online surveys, integrating data into client-ready reporting tools, and ensuring technical accuracy across all deliverables. Your work forms the foundation of data-driven insights in CX and EX projects, helping clients make smarter decisions based on reliable information.

As a CX/EX Project Manager, you will be responsible for larger implementations within the Build & Implementation Team. You are the lynchpin of larger customer implementations. You translate the services sold into a concrete project plan and ensure that the team, consisting of Programmers and other specialists, delivers everything on time and within budget. You monitor the scope and ensure that the customer gets what was agreed (and no more than that). In addition, you report both to the client and internally on progress.

As an Account Manager CX/EX, you are the commercial linking pin between potential and existing clients of CYS. Your main goal: generate new sales and expand existing accounts commercially. You step in as soon as our business development representative has arranged an introduction. From there, you take the helm and supervise the entire sales process, from first meeting to signature. You sell on the basis of consultative selling: you delve into the customer's challenges and link them to smart CX/EX solutions from CYS. You ensure the perfect match - with your commercial drive, substantive knowledge and persuasiveness.
