About the position
As an Account Manager CX/EX, you are the commercial linking pin between potential and existing clients of CYS. Your main goal: generate new sales and expand existing accounts commercially. You step in as soon as our business development representative has arranged an introduction. From there, you take the helm and supervise the entire sales process, from first meeting to signature.
You sell on the basis of consultative selling: you delve into the customer’ s challenges and link them to smart CX/EX solutions from CYS. You ensure the perfect match – with your commercial drive, substantive knowledge and persuasiveness.
In addition, you are the first point of contact for existing customers. You build long-term relationships, conduct business reviews and continuously see commercial opportunities for upselling additional modules, projects or services. Together with marketing, you put customer experience and visibility on the map through events and campaigns.
Duties and responsibilities
- Complete sales process from introduction to deal closing
- Actively build on existing customers (upsell/cross-sell)
- Periodic business reviews and relationship management at the strategic level
- Translate customer requests into smart CX/EX solutions
- Collaborate with marketing on lead tracking and events
Your profile
- HBO working and thinking level, at least 3 years of relevant experience (no starter)
- Experience or strong affinity with CX/EX, research and/or software
- Commercial mindset: results-oriented and customer-oriented
- Good interlocutor at all levels, persuasive and analytically strong
- Experience with sales and business development, including forecasting & targets
- Independent, enterprising and structured
