About the position
As Project Manager CX/EX, you are the lynchpin of larger customer implementations. You translate the services sold into a concrete project plan and ensure that the team, consisting of Programmers and other specialists, delivers everything on time and within budget. You monitor the scope and ensure that the customer gets what was agreed (and no more than that). In addition, you report both to the client and internally on progress.
Duties and responsibilities
– Translate the contract into a clear project plan with timelines and deliverables
– Monitor scope, budget and schedule (what is sold and what is not)
– Direct and facilitate Programmers and specialists
– Regular progress reporting to client and internally
– Thinking along to optimize work processes and customer satisfaction
Your profile
– Project management experience in (CX/EX) research or software implementation (must)
– Organizationally strong and able to maintain an overview of multiple projects
– Communication skills, customer-oriented and able to manage expectations
– Knowledge of or affinity for data, survey tools or BI is a plus
– Stress-resistant, solution-oriented and a true team player
