Purpose of the Role

As a Survey, Data & Insights Programmer, you are responsible for programming online surveys, integrating data into client-ready reporting tools, and ensuring technical accuracy across all deliverables. Your work forms the foundation of data-driven insights in CX and EX projects, helping clients make smarter decisions based on reliable information.

Key Responsibilities

1. Programming & Survey Development

• Program and maintain online surveys using basic HTML, scripting, and survey tools

• Ensure technical accuracy and functionality of surveys before launch

2. Data Integration & Visualization

• Integrate data outputs into PowerPoint, Excel, and BI dashboards with a focus on clarity and accuracy

• Troubleshoot data/reporting issues and improve visual storytelling in dashboards and deliverables

3. Collaboration & Delivery

• Log personal billable hours by project to maintain transparency on resource usage

• Work closely with Project Managers to meet deadlines and align deliverables with client expectations

• Suggest improvements in survey and reporting processes

4. Authority & Ownership

• Own technical execution of assigned tasks such as survey setup, scripting, data exports, and formatting

• Advise on best practices for data collection and visualization

5. Position in the Organization

• Reports to the Manager Build & Implementation via the Project Manager CX/EX

• Works cross-functionally with programmers and Account Management when needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience: 1–2 years in survey programming, data analysis, or similar technical domain

• Core Competencies:

  • Proficiency in survey platforms, HTML, scripting languages, and data visualization tools

  • Strong attention to detail and data quality

  • Effective communication skills for team collaboration

  • Willingness to learn, improve, and thrive in a research-focused, agile environment
