Sales Representative (CX/EX)

Purpose of the role

As Sales Representative you turn warm interest into real customer relationships. A specialised agency opens the first doors and generates the leads, so you start where the real conversation begins: a prospect who already wants to talk about customer or employee experience. From there it is yours. You sit with CX and EX leaders, think along on their experience strategy, and show where CYS software and services fit. This is consultative selling: you advise and build trust until a warm lead becomes a proposal and a signed deal. And you are not on your own. The team keeps you supplied with sharp, sector-specific content through our AI skills, so you can run independently and still punch above your weight.
 

Key responsibilities

1. Building relationships with prospects

  • Take the warm leads the agency and our campaigns generate, and turn them into real conversations about CX and EX
  • Build a relationship with the prospect: understand where they want to take customer or employee experience, and stay close as their thinking develops
  • Be the face of CYS that a prospect trusts and keeps coming back to

2. Consultative selling on CX and EX

  • Think along on the prospect’s experience strategy and connect it to what CYS software and services can do for them
  • Position the outcome they are buying, in their own CX or EX language, rather than running through a feature list
  • Bring the CYS point of view, so you guide the conversation instead of waiting for a brief

3. From conversation to signed deal

  • Move warm leads through to a tailored proposal, drawing on the content the team builds for you
  • Use our AI skills to keep every proposal and follow-up personal and quick to produce
  • Own the deal to close, and keep the momentum so it does not stall

4. Working the channels and the feedback loop

  • Pick up our sector campaigns, for example the housing-association push, where AI-personalised outreach and the agency warm the first contact
  • Turn the team’s content library into messages and proposals that fit the specific prospect
  • Bring patterns back from the market: what lands, which objections come up, which segments respond, so the content and targeting keep getting sharper

Position in the organisation

  • Reports into the commercial lead and works closely with Marketing, Account Management and the Implementation Consultants
  • The first doors and cold outreach sit with a specialised agency, so you pick up the warm lead from first real interest onward
  • You own new business from warm lead to signed deal, then hand the new customer to Account Management and Delivery

Skills and qualifications

  • Education: HBO working and thinking level. Affinity with CX, EX or a commercial-consultative field matters more than the specific degree
  • Experience: a role you can grow into. Some commercial or customer-facing experience is enough, as long as you can hold a strategic conversation and want to own deals. We are not after a hard-closing sales-manager profile

  • You can think and talk along on CX and EX, so a strategic conversation comes naturally
  • Consultative by nature: you advise and build trust rather than push
  • You turn our AI skills and content into sharp, personal proposals, and you are curious to push them further
  • Organised, with a tight grip on your pipeline and follow-ups
  • You listen well, qualify honestly, and keep a deal moving to close

  • Salary: a base of €3,000 to €4,000 gross per month, plus a performance bonus of up to 20% per quarter based on your targets
